I am upgrading my FlexiCapture 12 version by uninstalling my older version and installing the newer version pointing to the same DB as the old one. In this case what happens to the requests in Verification Queue?
Is there any way to retain the requests in Verification Queue during version upgrade?

Answer

We recommend to finish all processing before upgrade. That means that all tasks should pass through Verification and then processed documents should be exported. After that the complex (Processing Server, Processing Stations) should be stopped, database and File Storage backed up and only then the installation can be upgraded.

If you cannot finish the Verification tasks, then you should at least stop complex and do backups, and only then upgrade installation.

In this case the unprocessed requests will be kept and you will be able to access them after the upgrade.
