The processing server stays in the "Restarting..." state or returns to it after being "Running" for a few seconds.
More detailed information can always be found within the Event Viewer. In case "FlexiBr
Processing Server restart Could not launch the licensing system: No working license selected on 127.0.0.1." is observed, the problem is that the license is not selected in the License Manager.
Highlight the license in your License Manager and click the "Select" button. If you continue experiencing problems with starting your processing server, please return to the event viewer for more detailed information regarding the problem. An error message will be different this time.
