How to collect the Developer logs in the Recognition Server 4.0?


To collect the log files do the following:

  1. Copy the DeveloperSettings.xml in the folder %ProgramData%\ABBYY Recognition Server 4;
  2. Restart the services of RS:
    • Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Administrative Tools > Services:
      • ABBYY Recognition Server 4 - Server Manager
      • ABBYY Recognition Server 4 - Processing Station
  3. Reproduce the issue;
  4. Log files will be saved to folder C:\temp.
