Symptoms

When you open FineReader on the workstation the following error message occurs:
There are no licenses available on the server <server name>.

Cause

It might happen that the software was installed locally, not from the Administrative installation point. 

Resolution

In case the product should be deployed in LAN, it is necessary to perform the installation from the admin package. Please refer to the following article: Deploying FineReader PDF 15 in LAN (installation on more than one computer).
