Cause

According to the Online Help: Verifying line items article, to run the Continue Line Items command, specify the country of a vendor or invoice recipient by filling in the relevant fields in the data form.

Resolution

Specify the valid country code of a vendor and a business unit in the relevant fields in the data form.
