When sending a document from the OCR Editor to a PDF viewing application, the error message appears

Symptoms

When trying to send the document from OCR-editor to another PDF viewing application, the following error message appears:

Internal program error:
D:\Agent\_work\137\s\0\Shell\Products\FineReader\App.FineReader\Application\FrProgramRestrictions.cpp, 65.

Cause

The situation is known to our development team, and the issue will be fixed in one of the next program releases. Please follow the FineReader PDF 15 Release notes to stay aware of future releases.

Resolution

As a temporary workaround, please save the document in PDF format and then open it in the desired application.
