Sometimes it is needed to review failing processing task to check which processing errors lead to task failing. Also, such information is often requested by ABBYY Technical Support.
How can I export task log?
To save the Task log to your computer, please do the following:
- Open Background tasks window (for a local task)
“Tasks” node in the Processing Server (for a task at the Processing Server);
- Select the task record.
- Press “View log” button on the right panel or double-click the task record. Task log window will appear.
- In the task log window, press “Export Log…” button.
- Type in log name, choose destination path and press “Save”.
The task log will be exported to TXT file.
