Windows password needs to be changed in our environment. Will ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 be able to take the new password automatically or should we follow any new process.

Answer

If you are using Windows authentication, then FlexiCapture 12 allows you to log in if you are authenticated as Windows user, so there will be no need to update your Windows password in the FlexiCapture 12 settings.

If you are using other authentication ways (like FlexiCapture authentication), then the Windows password is not needed for them.
