Is it possible to use the Area Template feature when converting PDFs in the Hot Folder?

Answer

For processing a large number of documents with identical layouts, it is possible to use the area template feature in Hot Folder.

To use the Area Template in Hot Folder, please follow the steps below:

1. Run Hot Folder and select Create a Task.
2. Choose the folder with the input documents, сlick the Process document button.
3. In Document analysis settings, choose Use the following area template and select the desired area template.
   ​
4. Choose saving options.

Note: only one Area Template can be applied to all pages of the processed document in the Hot Folder Task.
