Symptoms

Trying to open a project in FlexiCapture Cloud from Project Setup Station or Verification Station ends up with the error:

Cannot connect to 'https://australia.flexicapture.com' (error code: (HTTP 401, 18, 0)).

Instead of 'australia' it can be 'usa' or 'europe' in the URL as it depends on what region your tenant is created at.

Cause

In most cases, the connection details are provided not entirely correctly.

Resolution

• Check that URL is either one of the following (depends on where your tenant is created at):
  https://europe.flexicapture.com
  https://australia.flexicapture.com
  https://usa.flexicapture.com
• Specify the tenant name:
