Symptoms

The report page is showing an empty page and reloading constantly in FlexiCapture 12 when using Google Chrome.

Cause

Adobe Acrobat extension is added in browser and tries to apply at report page and blocks its content generation.

Resolution

Avoid the extension being applied at report pages with one of the following approaches.

• Select Site access > On click option in the extension settings.
• Disable the extension.
• Remove the extension.
