Question

IMAP Import Profile creates a folder FlexiCapture12Processing in the Inbox. There is no setting in the image import profile with this folder name. I have tried deleting and re-creating the profile, but it still creates an unwanted folder. How do I get rid of it?

FlexiCapture12Processing folder is created by design and there is no possibility to change its location or remove it. You can set up the final destinations for processed documents and exceptions, but the middle-level processing folder cannot not be altered.
