I have added an event handler script to the project, but it does not make any effect on the documents. What could be the issue?

Answer

The event handler script is applied on the batch type level. So, if there are any custom batch types created and used, the event handler scripts must be added to the specific batch type properties. If the Default batch type is used, then settings from Project Properties are used.
