Symptoms

When scanning or previewing a document in FineReader you get the error message Internal Program Error. Division by zero.

Cause

The drivers of your scanning device are not updated.

Resolution

Please update or reinstall the drivers of your scanning device. For that visit the official site of the manufacturer.

If the updates are installed, but the situation persists please try to use the TWAIN_32 Twacker application to check if your scanner's drivers are working properly: The parameter is incorrect / Cannot open TWAIN source.
