Is it possible to use Azure (MAFS) share as an import/export profile?

Answer

Indeed MS Azure file share can be used as both, a FlexiCapture 12 external file storage and import/export location.

The setup for import/export is very similar to what has been described in our official documentation.

The only difference is that it has to be configured on every Virtual Machine where FlexiCapture Processing Stations are installed.

Then you will need and set up what types of tasks each Processing Station may do (by default, every Processing Station can do both, import and export):

After this, you need to configure things like password saving for accessing the Azure file share (steps 1- 6 from the documentation for the stations set up) to perform import/export tasks.
