FlexiCapture becomes unresponsive when opening projects from FlexiCapture Cloud

Symptoms

When trying to open projects from the server (FlexiCapture Cloud), FlexiCapture becomes unresponsive.

Cause

There should be nothing after the https://<region>.flexicapture.com URL

Resolution

For example, remove the highlighted part:
