Symptoms

The message "SQLite: unable to open database file" is shown when opening the FlexiCapture 12 project.

Cause

There could be a training batch that contains documents matched with the outdated version of Document Definitions.

Resolution

If there is a batch with such documents, please update those documents to the latest version of Document Definition and check if it resolves an issue.
