How to log into Administration & Monitoring Console for the first time.

Answer

The initial user is the one who installed the software in the form: domain/user name and the default password is "password". 

Please note, that for the first login, Windows Authentification should be enabled in IIS features.

To check that, please go to the Windows Features > Internet Information Services > World Wide Web Services > Security > Windows Authentification.
