During verification, the document image is shown as black & white. How to display it in the original color?

Answer

• Uncheck Convert color and gray images into black and white option in Image Processing settings in a batch type or project properties (depending on the scenario).
• Make sure the import profile uses preprocessing settings from the batch type settings:
  

• On Verification Station/Project Setup Station open a document and make sure Show Image in Black and White option is disabled:
