Symptoms

Administration and Monitoring Console Event Log has an empty User name field for records referring to the operations performed manually by Verification Operators.

Cause

The Full Name field is not specified in the User Profiles of the Verification Operators.

Resolution

The Event Log shows the information from the user's Full name field. When creating a user with a Verification Operator role, fill in the Full name field.
