As of this article date, we cannot limit pages processed by time in FRS14. However, you can limit the time frame that a job is pulled from a folder. As an example, you can change the time limit for the amount of time in-between job pulls from import processing folders as shown in the screenshot below. It's not exactly limiting the number of pages, but rather the time of the imports which may help.
