The emails in the mailbox Hot Folder are moved to the Exceptions folder, but the Batch containing the imported items from these emails is created and processed without problems.
There are no errors, but the following warnings in the import tasks can be seen in the Processing Server Monitor:
The message mail message (date: <Date_Time>) from '<email address>' with subject '<email subject>' has been moved to '<Exceptions folder>'.
No data to import from <mailbox Hot Folder>.
The possible cause is 2 or more Image Import Profiles fetching the items from the same mailbox at the same time.
Check the Image Import Profiles. If there are 2 or more Image Import Profiles that are importing the images from the same mailbox, leave only one active and disable the other.
