Symptoms

The input document is unable to load by FineReader Engine.

Image size exceeds limits (32512 x 32512) message is displayed in the log file.

Cause

As specified in the FineReader Engine 12 Specifications, ABBYY FineReader Engine will not open images larger than 32512*32512 pixels.

Resolution

As a workaround, you can lower the resolution of the input document to fit into the 32512*32512 pixels requirement.

As an example, you can set the following parameters:

AutoOverwriteResolution = false
OverwriteResolution = true
XResolutionToOverwrite = 200
YResolutionToOverwrite = 200
