Are the LibreOffice and ODBC Driver components included to the Abbyy FC package?

None of these two components are a part of an ABBYY FlexiCapture package and installed together with FlexiCapture. FlexiCapture can use them, which is a matter of configuration and setup, but they are not mandatory.

LibreOffice - an optional component, not provided with FC, but can be installed separately and FC can use it for processing of office documents (matter of configuration)

ODBC Driver - FC can use what is installed in Windows. Install another driver of a more recent version and configure FC to use it. The said driver version is not a mandatory requirement for FC.
