The client constantly having the IPE on the 188.8.131.522 build when the connection to the Server is disrupted:
ABBYY Recognition Server 4: Internal program error:.\src\JobQueueTable.cpp, 186.
ABBYY Recognition Server 4: cannot rollback - no transaction is active
The error is related to accessibility to working folders.
- Update to the latest build of the Recognition Server 4.0 (to get the download link, please contact the support)
- Ask your system administrator to fix the connection to working folder, since it's the core reason for IPE.
