The issue is your searches are branching out too much in your hypothesis tree. Yours is going to most likely have a bunch of branches and yellow dots instead of green. What you want to do is by clicking on one of the dots, it will show you the project is slowing down because it's uncertain where a specific element is, or it thinks that specific element is all over the place. You can then use that information to improve your search constraints, headers and footers etc. Below is a screenshot of an accurate hypothesis tree.
