Symptoms

"Tab order" is inactive in the Document Definition Editor.

Cause

"Data Form" is disabled.

To make the "Tab Order" function enabled please make sure that view "Data Form" is enabled (ticked):

View > Data Form (Alt+F2 hotkey).
