During document upload and recognition, FlexiCapture is using two main processes - FlexiEx.exe and FlexiBr.exe for background tasks to be done.
In case no action is done during ~3min, FlexiEx.exe is suspending to decrease the resources used by the app to work inside the system.

As you can see on the screenshots, the batch was sent to verification station at 9:56pm, then left as is with no actions.
