"Your account is overdue" message

Symptoms

When you open the Timeline account (localhost/#/login page), a message appears: "Your account is overdue"

Cause

Your account has more users or projects than specified in the account's limits: Data_loaded_overdue.png

 

Resolution

Please contact the ABBYY Customer Support Team or ABBYY Sales Department for an extension of your account.
