How to use "Add operation" function in Repository without UI in Timeline?

Is it possible to add an operation in the manifest file during the SFTP Upload?

Answer

It`s possible to execute a specific To-do list through SFTP upload but we cannot add the operation inside the list or call it individually. Operations have to be created manually through UI.
