Symptoms

The following error message occurs during export to Salesforce in Business Card Reader for iOS:

Failed to export to Salesforce Lead

There's a problem with this country, even though it may appear correct. Please select a country/territory from the list of valid countries.: Country

Cause

The error message is related to Salesforce settings, not to BCR for iOS application. 

Resolution

Please check instructions in the Salesforce Knowledge base article to fix the issue described: Error 'There's a problem with this country or state' on record save.

Also, make sure that you have the appropriate type of license: What type of Salesforce licenses support export to ABBYY BCR.
