Symptoms

When running export using FlexiCapture Connect, it creates a subfolder with a batch name in the export path specified in the config.json file and then exports the results in this subfolder. Can FlexiCapture Connect be configured in a way that will not create subfolders with batch names?

Cause

This behavior is FlexiCapture Connect specification as can be seen in Online Help.

Resolution

There is no way to override this behavior when using FlexiCapture Connect.

As an alternative, it is possible to do much more customization and achieve desired results when using REST API with FlexiCapture Cloud. Please see more information on REST API usage in the Online Help.
