Is it possible to install FineReader PDF with a Concurrent license on a computer locally?

Answer

The Concurrent license is not implied for the local installation on one computer (standard software installation): Installation and activation methods by license type and product version.

Please uninstall the program that was installed locally as described in the following article: How to completely remove FineReader PDF 16 for Windows.

Then, the program with the Concurrent license should be deployed in LAN as described in the article: Deploying FineReader PDF in LAN (installation on more than one computer).

If FineReader PDF with the Concurrent license is installed locally, it will not function in the Concurrent mode as designed. The license will be used by one workstation and will not be released upon the program is closed on the workstation.
