Is reactivation of ABBYY FineReader required when reinstalling the program on the same workstation?

Answer

FineReader can be installed on the same computer an unlimited number of times without re-activation. However, if major changes are made to the system (i.e. reformatting the hard drive, re-installation of the operating system, etc.), an additional activation will be required.

    Hi Martine,

    I was able to find your license number by registration email. You can activate your copy of FineReader after PC reformatting without any issues.
