How to turn on additional logs for IMAP import?

Answer

  • On the Processing Station machine launch Regedit.
  • Create a key
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\Controller\TextTcpStream]
  • In the TextTcpStream key, create a string variable named LogFilePath.
  • For the value of the LogFilePath variable, specify a path to where the log file should be created, i.e. LogFilePath="C:\\Temp"
  • Once the issue is reproduced and the logs are collected, please revert back the changes to avoid additional load on the Processing Station.
