Symptoms

Import of the files using the FlexiCapture Connect fails with the following error.

Abbyy.Cloud.Clients.FlexiCapture.Exceptions.FlexiCaptureOperationException: A FlexiCapture operation has not been processed. Reason: Invalid parameter value. —> System.ServiceKodel.FaultE xception'1[System.String]: SOAP Server Application Faulted

Cause

The imported files contain one or more corrupted files.

Resolution

Try to open the files in the corresponding programs and make sure that they can be opened. If any particular file is corrupted and cannot be opened, remove it and try to upload other files. This procedure should help resolve the issue.
