How to change user permissions in ABBYY FlexiCapture 12?

Answer

To change the settings and permissions of a user account:

1. Open the Administration and Monitoring Console > Settings > Users and select the user account you want to change.

2. On the user's page, you can:

   • Change the name and e-mail address of the user;

   • Add/remove the user to/from groups;

   • Assign a new role to the user or revoke a role from the user;

   • Grant or revoke permissions for projects;

   • Reset the user's password (the user will receive a temporary password if SMTP settings are specified in Administration and Monitoring Console > Settings >SMTP settings).

3. Click Save.
