Web station wrong account

Symptoms

Every account in the Administration & Monitoring Console changes to one specific account when a Web Station is opened.

Cause

Wrong IIS settings of the Sites child tabs. At the Basic settings of FlexiCapture12

Resolution

Need to change the "Connect As" setting from "Specific user:" to the "Application user (pass-through authentication)".

  • Open IIS Manager

  • Expand Sites tab in the Connections section

  • Highlight Default Web Site 

  • To change Connect As setting:

  • Basic Settings > Connect as... > Application user (pass-through authentication) > OKmceclip4.png

  • Repeat the above steps for all the child elements of the Default Web Site.
