Symptoms

When working with the FlexiCapture 12 Scanning Station the following error messages are encountered.

Cause

Required common files are missing because of the installation of Scanning Station using only the "Scanning Stations x64.exe".

When installing using only the "Scanning Stations x64.exe" not all files are installed, plus the folder/subfolders layouts may be different. Required common files for all the stations are included with the "Stations x64.exe" installer and the correct folder/subfolder layout is created.

Without all required files, a station may be functional but only to a certain point and unexpected issues may appear.

Resolution

To overcome this situation uninstall the station, and install it back using the Autorun file.
