How to change the station that will be started by the FlexiCapture.exe if the dialog window is disabled?

Answer:

This is possible to set up this configuration in the registry editor for the particular user by the following path:

\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ABBYY\FlexiCapture\12.0\Shell\StartUp

The needed key is StationType. There are several possible values for this key. They are the following:

Station type Key registry value
Standalone installation
Operator Operator
Administrator Admin
Distributed installation
Data verification station Verificator
Verification station Validator
Remote Verification station RemoteValidator
Project setup station Setup
