When the FineReader Server 14 had started to support multi-factor authentication to connect the SharePoint library? 

Answer

The FineReader Server 14 had started to support multi-factor authentication to connect SharePoint since release 2 update 3 (build#14.0.2.848)

 

Earlier releases and products (Recognition Server 4) didn't have mentioned feature.
