Symptoms

When downloading the ScanningPlugin, the following error occurs: "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

Cause

The issue is caused by the wrong tag in the web.config file.

Resolution

In order to resolve the issue, it is necessary to change <handlers> tag to <handlers accessPolicy="Read, Script"> in web.config file inside Scanning folder - C:\inetpub\wwwroot\FlexiCapture12\Scanning\Web.config
