How to reset FC Cloud password?

Answer

If you need to reset your only one admin password for FC Cloud, please provide us with the following information:

• FC Cloud Region name;
• Tenant name;
• Admin email

Once we have this information, we will be able to reset the admin password from our side.

In case the password you need to reset is a regular user account password, or there is more than 1 admin account in the system,  we suggest you ask your tenant admin for that since he has access to user management in Administration and Monitoring Console -> Settings -> Users -> select user -> Reset password.
