We’d like to inform you that the Service Level Agreement for ABBYY FlexiCapture Cloud has been updated. You can find the latest version here.
The essential changes are:
- The Annual Uptime percentage for the Service is raised from 99% to 99,5%.
- ABBYY Status web page is introduced to inform you whenever planned maintenance, critical service disruption, or outage occurs. It allows tracking Downtime Events and the overall Annual Uptime percentage.
- A more specific calculation for page credits is added.
- Now You are granted more time and flexibility in order to claim page credits because of Downtime Events.
- Some editorial changes.
