Do field extraction training and Classifier training consume license page count?

The license page counter is incremented for every page after the recognition. You can find more details in the following ABBYY Knowledge Base article:

Whether you train the classification or perform the field extraction training, the pages are being recognized, thus, the license page counter is incremented. The counter will not be increased on every training, only on the first document recognition action.
