Where can I find Text Box tool in FineReader PDF 15? It is no longer on the main toolbar.

Text Box tool can be found in the drop-down list of the Draw tool - Drawing shapes:

Also you can add text in Edit mode by clicking on the Edit icon on the toolbar and then clicking onto Add Text in the line below:
