When recognizing a document in FineReader PDF app, it remains in the Processing status for a long time.
On average, the online recognition of a one-page document takes a few seconds. Depending on the configuration of the recognized document (number of pages, formatting) and the number of users who use the online service at the same time, the recognition time may be increased.
An error might have occurred during the document recognition, and therefore it may remain in the Processing status.
Try to delete the document that remains in the Processing status for a long time and recognize it anew.
Also, try using other Internet connections (e.g. Wi-Fi) and test the speed of recognition.
