How to find the workstations where FineReader PDF is installed and activated?
Answer
It is not possible to verify which computers the program is installed and activated on, as this information is encrypted.
Please take an inventory of all the licenses that are currently in use on all the workstations as follows:
- Open FineReader PDF on the workstations.
- In the main menu, go to Help > About > License info. The Support ID will be displayed in the corresponding field.
To determine which serial numbers those Support IDs correspond to, please provide the list of Support IDs to the Support Team by submitting a request.
