Symptoms

The text value cannot be passed to Value List in MFiles.

Resolution

1. Create an Object Type with external data instead of a value list:

2. Open the configuration window and fill in the connection settings:
​​

3. Fill in the statement field and other fields by default.
Select Object ID Target property for the Id field.

4. Check that the content was filled with data from the database.
​​

5. Create new property and bind it to the Object type.
​​​​

6. Map FC fields and MFiles fields.
​​

7. Run export
