Unable to open the project from the Server in Project Setup Station

Symptoms

I am trying to open the project that is already uploaded to the server in the Project setup station.
I could see all the lists of projects under the Administrator console. But when I tried opening the project from the Project setup station, I could not see all the projects under the respective environment.

Cause

The most likely scenario when such an issue could occur is sudden network/connection issues while making changes in the project, or upload project, or sudden process crush/closure.

Resolution

Please delete the project from the Administrator Console and upload it to the server again from the local backup copy.

    I add filestorage for ABBYY.  But now I couldn't delete project, what should I do?  and also I couldn't upload backuup project to server, it says The project you are trying to upload already exists on the specified application server.
